Where it comes from
A different route into Wuyi rock tea
Qizhong, an old Wuyi variety, grew in abandoned tea gardens in the Banshan, or half-rock, zone of Wuyishan without human intervention for many years.
The leaf is shaped with traditional Wuyi techniques and medium-fire baking, giving the tea a clean, layered structure between lighter oolongs and classic Da Hong Pao styles.
