Fujian, China
Platinum Grace is a highland white tea from Fujian Province made from the Jin Xuan cultivar, a variety valued for its smooth texture and naturally floral character.
The leaves are carefully sun-withered, rested indoors and lightly oxidized before gentle baking. This restrained processing preserves Jin Xuan’s soft character while developing deeper honeyed and fruity aromas.
The finished leaves show silvery hairs and subtle reddish tips. In the cup, the combination of Jin Xuan and gentle oxidation creates a profile that sits between the delicacy of white tea and the aromatic complexity associated with Oriental Beauty-style teas.

White tea naturally contains polyphenols, amino acids and caffeine. The exact composition and caffeine level vary depending on the leaf material and brewing method.
A good choice when you want a soft, naturally sweet tea with more depth than a very light white tea but without a strongly roasted profile.
Good for: mornings, afternoons and long, relaxed tea sessions.
