Black Tea Moychay Barcelona, Moychay blend pressed tea brick (Red Tea)

This tea brick is a signature tea blend, made for Moychay Tea house in Barcelona. A beautiful mix of dianhong black tea and ripe Pu’er, both sourced from Menghai, Yunnan Province, to create a balanced and versatile tea.

The dian hong black tea brings natural sweetness, smooth texture, and subtle fruity notes, while the 2018 ripe Pu’er adds depth with its earthy, woody profile and mellow finish. Together, these teas produce a harmonious infusion with richness and gentle complexity, ideal for both casual enjoyment and contemplative moments.

Steep 8 grams of tea in a gaiwan or teapot with water at 95–98°C.

Rinse briefly, then steep for 10 seconds, adjusting the steeping time for subsequent infusions to fully appreciate the blend’s evolving character.
