Where it comes from

A deep, polished shu

The material comes from large tea trees in old gardens and semi-wild areas on Bulang Mountain, one of the core regions of pu-erh tea.

Fine buds and small leaves give this Gongting shu a smoother, cleaner character, with a softer and rounder result.

Why choose it

Dark wood, cocoa and a soft landing

Expect a dense, silky texture, clean dark-wood and cocoa notes, and a little sweetness, with no rough edges or sharp bitterness.

It works for an everyday cup as well as a more focused tasting session.
